Muralitharan takes 6 wickets for Lancashire against Worcestershire, but the question still remains,

IS HE A CHUCKER?

I think he is; and this is the sole reason he is able get so much purchase on the ball. I think I could get that much spin on the ball if I was allowed to throw the ball, rather then having to keep my arm locked and actually “bowl” the ball.

Worcestershire captain, Kabir Ali leads from the front with a career best: 8 wickets for 50 runs against a depleted Lancashire side, minus their England stars.

He then went on to get 54 runs to steer his side into a 3 run overnight lead, with 6 wickets on hand.

He failed to impress on the international scene, although most say he wasn’t given a fair crack of the whip.
